SHORTENED VERSION OF THE CONSTITUTION OF THE AKKER RUGBY FOOTBALL CLUB

(i) To observe fair play according to the laws of Rugby football, to play in a spirit of good sportsmanship and to make a positive input to the upliftment of the standard of the game.

(ii) To further non racial sport by playing Rugby on a non racial basis, free of discrimination and to give continuity to these ideals.

(iii) The club is open to any person regardless of race, class or status and to comply with aim (ii) the club is available to play Rugby against any other club.

(iv) To create through Rugby new friendships and to come into contact with other local and international clubs.

(v) To be as Rugby players and administrators an example to all other South Africans.

(iii) Die klub is oop vir enige persoon hetsy ras, klas of status en om aan doelstelling (ii) to voldoen is die klub bereid om teen enige ander klub to kompeteer.

(iv) Om deur Rugby nuwe vriendskapsbande to ontwikkel d.m.v. kontak met ander klubs, beide plaaslik en internasionaal.

(v) Om as Rugbyspelers en administrateurs 'n voorbeeld to stel vir alle Suid Afrikaners.
